Clay County Mayor Dale Reagan, assisted by Billy Walker with Tracy Pennington providing the lift, helped install a new message board at the Clay County Chamber of Commerce.  A grant has provided the Chamber with the message board, making it a complete set and allowing messages to be observed from both directions. The Chamber will place public service announcements on the board, along with ads for  Chamber recognizing Chamber members.
