Damian Pennington, 20
CELINA-Funeral services for Damian Pennington of Gainesboro were held here Monday, March 16, 2009.
Mr. Pennington passed away March 12, 2009 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He was born November 24, 1988 in Livingston to the late Danny Ray Pennington and Balynda (Thornton) Tollett, who survives.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by grandfather Ray Pennington; great-grandparents Opal and Charlie Pennington and Hubert and Patty Holt.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by step-father Randy Tollett of Gainesboro; three sisters–Valorie Heflin of Alexandria, Desaree Pennington of Cookeville, and India Pennington of Gainesboro; four brothers–Jason Tidwell of Turkeytown, Elijah Daniel Pennington of Celina, Specialist Douglas Eddie Lowe of Murfreesboro, and Tristian Zicafoose of Gainesboro; special friend Candice Padgett; grandmothers Barbara Myers of Sparta and Carol Pennington of Celina.
Services were conducted from the chapel of Hall Funeral Home with Kevin Thomas officiating. The family chose cremation after the funeral service.

Pearl Marie Smith, 75
CELINA-Funeral services for Pearl Marie Smith of Celina were held here Thursday, March 19, 2009.
Mrs. Smith passed away Monday, March 16, 2009 at the Clay County Manor.
She was born April 22, 1933 in Celina to the late William George and Amelia (Pigg) Dailey. She was a homemaker and a member of the Moss Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Effie Oppergard; and brothers Paul, Claude, and Ridley Dailey.
She is survived by husband Ralph E. Smith of Celina; son Rex Smith of Greenfield (IN); brother Johnnie W. Dailey of Indianapolis (IN); sister Ona Bell of Venice (FL); grandchildren Jeremiah and Daniel Smith; great-grandchild Blake Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted from the chapel of Upton Funeral Home with Dennis Miller officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Benton Goolsby, Dustin Braggs, Estes Pennington, Larry Smith, Gary Smith, and Boyd Smith.
Upton Funeral Home of Celina was in charge of arrangements.
Elizabeth Dale Baugh, 92
NASHVILLE-Funeral services for Elizabeth Dale Baugh of Nashville formerly of Celina were held here Tuesday, March 17, 2009.
Mrs. Baugh passed away Saturday, March 14, 2009.
She was born in Celina to the late Albert J. Dale and Emma Dale of Celina. She attended West End Church of Christ, and was a retired teacher.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Wendell P. Baugh, Jr.; sister Dorothy Rich; three brothers–Ray Dale, Jack Dale, Jr., and Joe Austin Dale.
She is survived be son Wendell P. Baugh III of Nashville; daughters Lisa Eley of Memphis and Nita Andrews of Franklin; brother Ellis T. Dale; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and numerous nephews and nieces.
Services were conducted from the chapel of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
