USDA NRCS Honors for his dedicated service to Jackson and Clay County.

A reception will be held to honor Phillip Dixon on Thursday January 20, 2011 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. light refreshments will be served. The public is welcome to attend. Phillip Dixon has been the area District Conservationist in Celina since 1991 and Jackson County since 1994.  He has been serving both counties for almost twenty years.  Thanks to Mr. Dixons efforts his work and dedication have made a positive impact in the agriculture community.  Phillip Dixon will be transferring to Cumberland County with responsibility for Morgan County also.
