The Clay County High School Volleyball team is set to begin District Tournament play at home Tuesday night, October 8 versus Red Boiling Springs after finishing the regular season with a 10-8 record and drawing even in conference action at 6-6. The young team featuring only one senior got off to a slow start, but rallied for a fourth-place finish to earn the right to host the first round. With a win, the Lady Bulldogs will advance to the semifinals Thursday in Gordonsville.
