In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee entered on the 28th day of June, 2011, by the Honorable Ronald Thurman, Chancellor, in the matter of Thelma Dailey Blagg and Edward Dailey vs. Shirley Dailey, Christine Dailey Rich, and Mae E.
