Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of February, 2011, Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of David Russell Dulworth, who died on February 12, 2011, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee. All persons resident and non residents having claims matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above court at the Clay County Courthouse, 100 Courthouse Square, P.O.
