Richard Arrington Blvd, Rm 500, Birmingham, AL 35203, either admitting or denying the claims, or, thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against him in Case No. DV 2012-905495.00, District Court of Jefferson County, Alabama.

Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of April, 2014, Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of Edwina Ruth Hargrove Napier, who died on March 26, 2014, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
