Gaskin, whose whereabouts is unknown, must answer Michael Bahakels civil action for breach of contract, negotiating a worthless instrument and fraud which seeks $3,510.00 plus punitive damages, attorneys fees and costs, within thirty days of the last publication of this notice, by serving a copy of his answer upon Anne-Marie Adams, Clerk, 716 N. Richard Arrington Blvd, Rm 500, Birmingham, AL 35203, either admitting or denying the claims, or, thereafter, a judgment by default may be rendered against him in Case No. DV 2012-905495.00, District Court of Jefferson County, Alabama.

ESTATE OF LOUIS DENTON, Deceased Case No. W-2014-5

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of April, 2014, Letters of Administration, C.T.A. in respect of the estate of Louis Denton, who died on March 5, 2014, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

(1) (a) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication ( or posting);

(b) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of first publication (or posting) as described in (1) (a); or

(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

Clay County Election Notice
Pursuant to TCA 2-3-109(e)(1) and (2)(A) the Clay County Election Commission hereby gives
notice to the registered voters in every precinct and district that Early Voting for the Judicial Primary Election for the Democrat and Republican, to be held on May 6, 2014, begins on April 16th 2014, and will continue through Thursday May 1st, 2014.
The Clay County Election Office will be open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from the period of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (Closed for lunch from 12:00 – 1 :00 pm each day) and on Saturday from the period of 9:00 am to 12:00 noon for the purpose of voting early by personal appearance.
Pursuant to TCA 2-2-109, the last day to register to vote in the May 6th, 2014 Judicial Primary Election, is April 7th, 2014.
