In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee entered on the 28th day of October, 2014, by the Honorable Ronald Thurman, Chancellor, in the above styled case, commanding me to sell said property, I will on the 17th day of January, 2015, at 10:Ol o’clock a.m., sell to the highest and best bidder the real property as set out in said “Order”. REAL PROPERTY: The real property will be sold on the premises and is located in the 3rd Civil District of Clay County, Tennessee, at 3037 Livingston Hwy, Celina, Tennessee, and described in Deed Book 36, page 169, Register’s Office of Clay County, Tennessee, and further described on Map 64, Parcel 6, in the Office of the Property Assessor for Clay County, Tennessee.
