NOTICE OF AUCTION SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
In obedience to a decree of the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee entered on the 17th day of May, 2024, by the Honorable Ronald Thurman, Chancellor, in the above styled case, commanding me to sell said property, I, as Special Commissioner, along with Amonett Eagle Auction, will on the 20th day of July, 2024, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., on the premises, sell to the highest and best bidder the real property as set out in said “Order”.
REAL PROPERTY:
Selling by deed, the real property located on Pleasant Hill Road, Allons, Tennessee, in the 4th Civil District of Clay County, Tennessee, containing 181 +/- acres, and being the lands conveyed in the following deeds: Deed Book 99, page 253; Deed Book 121, page 366; Deed Book 125, page 81; Deed Book 125, page 86; and Deed Book 125, page 91, Register’s Office of Clay County, Tennessee. This property is further described on Map 059, Parcel 024.00, in the Office of the Property Assessor for Clay County, Tennessee.
The property features several improvements including a 1,600 sq. ft. home, multiple livestock and hay barns as well as implement sheds. Also selling all inventoried farm equipment which is included in the purchase with the real property.

TERMS OF THE SALE: This auction requires all bidders to be on the premises. The real property taxes shall be prorated as of the date of the sale and the purchaser shall pay 15% down on the day of sale, balance due and payable fifteen (15) days from the date of confirmation by the Court and receipt of the deed.
Any announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any and all other advertising.
