Notice is hereby given that the Clay County Board of Commissioners will vote to fill the position for County Judicial Commissioner at the next scheduled County Commission meeting on September 9, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. at the Courtroom of Clay County Government Complex. Applications can be picked up in the Clay County Mayor’s office and must be returned by 3:30 P.M. on September 6, 2023.
Pursuant to Title VI Act of 1964 Clay County does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, sex, religion, color, disability, or national origin.

NOTICE OF SEALED BIDS
Clay County Schools is seeking written, sealed bids from qualified licensed carriers only to provide medical insurance to its full-time, benefits eligible employees, effective January 1, 2025.
Requests for bids from insurance companies only. (No broker responses will be considered).
Sealed bids are to be received no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, September 13, 2024.
Bid packages may be obtained from the Clay County Schools Central Office at 520 Brown Street, Celina, TN 38551.
The Clay County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of August, 2024, Letters of Administration in respect of the estate of Reginald Leo Ballard, who died on July 27, 2024, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims matured or unmatured against the Estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
(1) (a) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting);
(b) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of first publication (or posting) as described in (1)(a); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedents date of death. This 19th day of August, 2024.
