ISSUED GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID TO VOTE
NOTICE: Persons registering to vote on By-Mail forms or forms submitted online are required by law to vote either in person at the polls or in person during Early Voting the first time after they register to vote. You must bring proof of residency with you such as a current TN Driver’s license, voter registration card, or any other document with your name, address, signature PLUS a Photo ID. The last day to register to vote for the November 5th election is October 7th, 2024.
Registered voters who will be unable to go to their polling place on Election Day may vote by one of the following methods:
- VOTING BY PERSONAL APPEARANCE
Beginning October 16th through October 31st, a voter desiring to vote by personal appearance shall go to the early voting location mentioned above, sign an application to vote and cast their vote on a voting machine. If you are voting during the Early Voting period, remember to bring identification with you. A voter must have a Tennessee or Federally issued government photo ID. Forms of acceptable identification include a TN Driver’s License with your photo, United States Passport, Department of Safety photo ID, Photo issued by the federal or TN state government, United States Military photo ID or Gun permit card with your photo (even if they are expired). If no photo identification is provided, the voter will vote a provisional ballot and the voter will have two business days after the election to return to the election commission office and show a valid photo I.D. or the ballot will be rejected. The voter can sign an oath stating he/she is indigent or an oath stating a religious objection to being photographed. - VOTING BY-MAIL
A voter must MEET CERTAIN LEGAL QUALIFICATIONS, in order to vote absentee by mail. A voter desiring to vote absentee by mail, shall in writing over his signature, request an application for an absentee ballot. The voter must make the request in writing and include their name (as registered), social security number, date of birth, residence address (911 address), mailing address (if different from residence address), the election(s) they wish to vote in, the reason they are requesting to vote an absentee ballot and their signature. The last day to request an absentee ballot for the November 5th, 2024 election is October 29th, 2024. Requests must be mailed to The Clay County Election Commission office, P.O. Box 721, Celina, TN 38551; Faxed to (931)243- 2543 or emailed to [email protected]. If you request by email, you must include a separate attached document with your signature.

Pursuant to TCA 2-3-109(e), Notice is hereby given that elderly voters or voters with disabilities assigned to vote in precincts where the polling place is inaccessible may vote at the Election Office on Election Day or they may vote early by personal appearance during the dates specified for early voting at the election office.
Any elderly voter or voter with disabilities desiring to vote at the election office on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024, must notify the Administrator of Elections in writing of their intention to do so. Such voter shall complete an affidavit at the election Office stating that their designated voting location, to the best of their knowledge, is inaccessible. The affidavit must be received by the Election office not less than ten (10) days prior to the first election in which the elderly voter or voter with disabilities plans to vote at the Election Office on Election Day. The voter shall not be required to complete another affidavit unless the voter’s precinct changes from the precinct cited in the affidavit on file. Such affidavit must be received by the Clay County Election Commission October 28th, 2024.

In obedience to a decree of the Circuit Court of Clay County, Tennessee entered on the 29th day of July, 2024, by the Honorable Caroline Knight, Circuit Judge, in the above styled case, commanding me to sell said property, I, as Special Commissioner will on the 21st day of September, 2024, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., on the premises, sell to the highest and best bidder the real property as set out in said “Order”.
REAL PROPERTY:
Selling by deed, the real property located on Wayne Smith Road, Celina, Tennessee, in the 1st Civil District of Clay County, Tennessee, containing 2.5 acres, and being the lands conveyed in the following deed: Deed Book 120, pages 438-440; Register’s Office of Clay County, Tennessee. This property is further described on Map 020, Parcel 075.02, in the Office of the Property Assessor for Clay County, Tennessee.

CHILD FIND
The Clay County School System is in the process of conducting its annual census of children with disabilities between the ages of birth through 21 years of age. Early detection and treatment of disabilities is important in overcoming and correcting these conditions.
If anyone knows of any child with disabilities who is not presently receiving an appropriate educational program or needed services, please call 931-243-3310. The Director of Schools
or Special Education Supervisor will talk with you.
The Clay County School System will provide appropriate education and supportive services for children with disabilities between the ages of 3 and 21 years. When appropriate, children from birth through 3 years of age will be referred to the appropriate agency.

ATTENTION: PARENTS OF PRIVATE SCHOOL OR HOME SCHOOL CHILDREN
A portion of federal dollars earned by the local school district can be spent on private school and home school children who have a disability. If your child is enrolled in a private school or home school in Clay County and meets state and federal guidelines to be certified as a student with a disability, your child is eligible to receive services from the local educational agency.

This is to provide official notice to the Health Facilities Commission and all in- terested parties, in accordance with T.C.A. §68-11-1601 et seq., and the Rules of the Health Facilities Commission, that Tristate Infusion, LLC, a/an Home Health Agency owned by Tristate Infusion, LLC (License #675) with an own- ership type of Limited Liability Company and to be managed by itself intends to file an application for a Certificate of Need for the addition of 37 counties, to the existing licensed home health agency providing services limited to infu- sion therapy nursing, including Bedford, Bledsoe, Bradley, Cannon, Cheatham, Clay, Coffee, Cumberland, Davidson, DeKalb, Fentress, Franklin, Giles, Grundy, Hamilton, Jackson, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Marshall, Maury, Meigs, Moore, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Rhea, Robertson, Rutherford, Sequatchie, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Van Buren, Warren, White, Williamson, and Wilson to an existing licensed service area that includes 28 counties in Middle and West Ten- nessee (License #675). The estimated project cost will be $52,200. The anticipated date of filing the application is 10/01/2024.
