Hamilton, John Humphrey, Alejandro Monge, Alexandria M. Monge, Bienvenido Villavicencio, Angela Villavicencio, Jim White, Pat White, Gerald N. Walker and Sherry Walker.

It appearing and Ordered that said defendants enter their appearance herein thirty (30) days after February 6, 2013, same being the date of last publication of this notice and defend or default will be taken.

NOTICE

Please take notice that Joe Donald Boles, the current owner of the surface of record in Deed Book 89, pages 134-136, Register’s Office of Clay County, Tennessee, has this day filed a Complaint of Abandonment of Abandoned Mineral Interest. The owner of the mineral interest is Lem Cunningham and/or his heirs at law whose address is unknown. The mineral estate is of record in Deed Book X, page 261, Register’s Office of Clay County, Tennessee.
If, within sixty (60) days after the publication of this notice, the mineral interest owner does not file an answer alleging a claim to the mineral interest, the Clerk and Master shall so certify to the Chancellor who shall enter an order declaring the mineral interest has lapsed and vesting title to the mineral interest in the owner of the surface estate, Joe Donald Boles.
