It appearing from the Affidavit of the Plaintiff, Jack Dodson, the Executor of the Estate of Nicellen Dodson, in the cause, that there may be unknown heirs of Nicellen Dodson and that the addresses of Respondents, Greg Phillips, P.J. Phillips, Cody Phillips and Tabitha Maney cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, such that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon them.
It is , therefore, ORDERED that the unknown heirs of Nicellen Dodson and Greg Phillips, P.J. Phillips, Cody Phillips and Tabitha Maney enter their appearance herein within thirty (30) days after March 21, 2012, same being the date of last the publication of this notice, or default will be taken.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that a copy of this Notice be published four (4) consecutive weeks in the “Dale Hollow Horizon”, a newspaper having general circulation in Clay County, Tennessee.

CHANCERY SALE OF LAND
In obedience to a Decree of the Chancery Court of Clay County, Tennessee, entered on the
23rd
day of January, 2012, by the Honorable Ronald Thurman, Chancellor, in the above styled
case, I will on the 17th day of March, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., on the premises at Happy
Hollow Road, Red Boiling Springs, Tennessee, sell to the highest and best bidder the lands in
said Decree, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
The following is a description of the property of Thelma Lee Short located on
Happy Hollow Road in the 2nd
Civil District of Clay County, Tennessee.
(Reference Warranty Deed Book 13, page 115, and Tax Map 46 Parcel 35.00)
TRACT NO. 1: BEGINNING on a stone in the Harley Sweeza line; running
thence Southeast with his line 72 & 2.5 poles to a poplar; thence Northward with
the Goode branch poles to a white oak in Rich’s line; thence West thirty five
steps to a beech on side of spring branch; thence running up said spring branch
poles to a stake at road; thence running with said road to the beginning, and
containing twenty acres more or less. This deed is made subject to the road right
of way as set out in deed from Tom Johnson to I. S. Plumlee and wife, Mary B.
Plumlee, and this deed is made subject to said road right of way.
The following is a description of the property of Thelma Lee Short located on
Happy Hollow Road in the 2nd
Civil District of Clay County, Tennessee.

TRACT NO. 2: Bounded on the Eastby the lands of E.W. Short; on the West by
the lands of Harlie Sweeza; on the North by the lands of Harlie Sweeza; and on
the South by the lands of Silas Browning, containing one acre, more or less, and
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING in the center of a spring of E.W. Short and A.C. York, said spring
being located on the North side of the road leading from Union Hill to Hermitage
Springs, Tennessee; thence running Westwardly to centerline of said road to a
stake in the road near the comer of the garden fence at the south end of terrace
ditch; thence with said terrace, garden fence, and Harlie Sweeza’s line to that
placed stone at the spring branch; thence up said branch with its meanders to the
beginning, containing as aforesaid one acre more or less.
Property will sell in bar of redemption homestead, with 20% paid down on the day of sale,
balance on confirmation of sale.
