Senator Pody schedules “Listening Meeting” tour stop in Clay County
NASHVILLE — State Senator Mark Pody (R-Lebanon) has scheduled a “listening meeting” tour stop in Clay Couny on Thursday, October 10 in order to meet with local citizens to discuss issues of importance to them. He will also be available to offer assistance to individuals who need help with state services.
The meeting in Clay County will be at 2:00 p.m. at the Senior Citizen Room at the Government Complex, 145 Cordell Hull Drive, in Celina, Tennessee.
“This is just an informal meet and greet-style “Listening Tour” to give me another opportunity to hear from local citizens about the issues we face in Tennessee. I also want to remain available to help with state services. Many citizens call on us for help with a wide variety of state government needs and we are always happy to assist them.”
Body will also hold a meeting in Macon County the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the Macon County Welcome Center, 685 Highway 52 Bypass West, in Lafayette, Tennessee.
“I look forward to this event and hope to meet with our many wonderful friends here, both old and new, as we discuss how to make Tennessee a better place to work, live, and raise a family.”
An invitation has also been extended to State Representative Kelly Keisling.
