Shooting for Hunger helps local youth
SHOOTING FOR HUNGER-Funds raised through Shooting Hunger sporting clays shoots provided to Clay County Farm Bureau $2,700 which was distributed to the Clay County Board of Education to provide backpack meals for hungry kids in Clay County. Since 2015, Shooting Hunger events have provided more than two million meals to hungry Tennesseans. The Shooting for Hunger program is co-sponsored by Tennessee Farm Bureau, Farm Credit of Mid-America/Rural 1st, and Tennessee Farmers Co-op.
