RAISING SPIRITS-Clay County Fairest of the Fair Laney Haynes (left) and Miss Teen Haylen Garrison (right) organized a gift card drive to support Evan Hayes and they both recently visited him to present the outpouring of support from the community.  Hayes, who is battling leukemia, is now home from Nashville and will soon travel to Philadelphia, PA to continue his treatment. A cornhole tournament was also held over the weekend to benefit Hayes and a cakewalk event Friday night is one of many other fundraisers planned for the young man. (shared photos)
