ATTENDED ARCHIVES INSTITUTE-Clay County Public Records Commission chairperson Melissa White is presented a certificate of attendance by Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett for her participation in the 2009 Tennessee Archives Institute. White attended the event at Fall Creek Falls State Park last month as a step toward establishing a Clay County Archives.
